Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as they can be affected by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at support@ergocrafted.com.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, but if you catch a mistake quickly, email us at support@ergocrafted.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us at support@ergocrafted.com and we'll make it right.
